My parcel is not arrived yet. Kindly either stop selling online or change your courier from blue-ex. They are very rude and pathetic. They always says "kal ap ka parcel a jye ga". But that " Kal" has not arrived yet. On Saturday 21st December the rider called me qt about 11am about the location and i said k agr ap 2 hours tak a saktay hain to a jain but rider said he will come at 5pm. I said the rider I might or might not be available at that time. If possible could you please deliver the parcel on monday. On which rider said no issue we will deliver on monday. But at about 5:30 my status was changed to "Refused to accept". But no rider was there on my location and there was no call from the rider. Then I called them and they said k ap ny he refuse kia tha. Then i called the same rider and he said k us din me ny call zaroor ke thi even sub customers ko call ke thi. But Saturday k sub parcels kisi urgent meeting ke wajah se monday per pending chalay gye thy. Us din us route per kisi ka be parcel deliver nhi hua tha.
Kindly change your courier. Blue ex have history of doing such things with other brands too and please deliver my parcel.
